TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders that customers place via the online shop of Sansui Alex Angehrn, CH-9402 Mörschwil. With the confirmed order, these general terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted by the customer.

2. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of the services and products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. By clicking the button (order), the customer places a binding order for all products listed on the order page. Immediately after receiving the order, Sansui will confirm the order by email. In the case of non-physical goods, the purchase contract is concluded immediately; in the case of services, through their provision.
The right to a correction acquired with the purchase of course documents expires 2 years after the purchase of the documents.

3. Prices and shipping costs

The prices stated on the product page are exclusive of statutory VAT and other price components (postage, packaging) and are in Swiss francs (CHF). The exact shipping costs are shown to the customer in the ordering process. There are no other taxes and costs (with the exception of customs duties for deliveries abroad).
The provider reserves the right to change the prices at any time. The valid prices for customers are the ones published on the website on the order date.

4. Delivery conditions

The delivery of any physical products takes place within Switzerland and the EU. Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the delivery time for Switzerland and Liechtenstein is 1 to 2 working days. For deliveries to the EU, the delivery time is between 5 and 10 working days. If a longer delivery period is necessary, the customer will be informed at the latest after this time has elapsed. If no information is available, the customer is entitled to waive delivery.
